I was a bit nervous about flushing out a deep cut at home, but the squeezable bottle gave me just enough control to really blast the grit out without it hurting. The small nozzle also meant I didn't waste a drop, and the wound stayed clean and closed up in a few days.
The little nozzle gives you just enough pressure to really blast out stubborn grit without hurting the wound. I grabbed it for a camping injury and it cleared everything out fast, then I just squeezed the rest of the bottle in to keep it moist while I dressed it.
I’ve used it to flush out a couple of scrapes and the pressurized stream really does get into the crevices without needing to touch the wound. The bottle is easy to grip one-handed, even when my hands were wet and slippery.
