Clicking the blade out with that pen-like action feels so intuitive that I stopped fumbling with peel-packs entirely, and the retract button is stiff enough that I never worry about accidental deployment. The groove for trimming sutures is such a smart touch—I’ve used it on three cases already and it cuts cleanly without extra tools. The blade clicks out and retracts just like a pen, which feels way safer than fumbling with a cap. Really glad I made this switch.

The retract button is stiff enough that I never worry about accidental deployment, and the suture groove on the side is genuinely handy during wound closure. It’s replaced the standard scalpel in my daily kit, and the click-pen action makes one-handed use effortless.
